ゆるせ　おいっこ

元気かい、おいっこ。誕生日はとても近いけれど、わたしの６分の１くらいしか歳をとっていない君もわたしも、先月ひとつ歳をとってしまった。おたがい、お誕生日おめでとう。おばちゃんがこの旅に出る前に、いっしょに地球儀を見ながら旅先の国とその国の大きさを話したね。あれからもう半年、早いものだ。きっと知っているだろうけれど、おばちゃんはたくさんお金を使うことができないので、おみやげは豪華ではない。でもその国のスーパーでいちばんおいしくて人気のお菓子を持って帰るつもりだ。最初の国ではものすごく長い距離を歩いたことを、きっとお母さんやお父さんとびっくりしていたことだろう。その道の後半で出会ったその国に住むperegrinoに、とてもおいしいお菓子を教えてもらった。あ、peregrinoとはおばちゃんも歩いた道を歩くひとたちのこと。そして、教えてもらったお菓子「Ricanela」という名前のお菓子の名前に入っている”canela”というのは、その国の言葉で「シナモン」。とてもとてもおいしくて、道を歩いているときも、疲れて休憩をとるときに大切に一枚ずつ食べてた。このお菓子を、君におみやげにしようと、先月まで滞在していた国までは持っていった。それはほめてほしい。そして、ゆるしてほしい。その国はとても物価が高くて、あまいお菓子を買うことができなかった。勉強したあとはあまいお菓子が必要だから、そのお菓子を食べてしまった。ゆるせ、おいっこ。でもこれだけは君に話しておきたい。そのお菓子を教えてくれたperegrinoは、おばちゃんが日本で会ったことはないほど輝く目と強い心とやさしい気持ちをもった若者だった。ドイツからきたperegrinoが紹介してくれた彼は、わたしの勉強のためにたくさん言葉を教えてくれた。いっしょに折り紙で鶴を折ったり、忘れ物を拾ってくれたり、川に架かる橋の上でいろんなことを話したり。彼は、長い道で出会ったとても大切な友だちのひとりだ。わたしは彼の未来を応援している。そして、おいっこ。住む国や育つ国や歳がちがっても、世界はいっしょだから。だから、君の未来の友だちはきっといろんな国にいる。またいっしょに地球儀をはさんで、未来の君の友だちの国について話そう。

Más adelante en el viaje, conocí a un peregrino de España, que me enseñó un dulce delicioso. El dulce que me enseñó se llama"Ricanela". Estaba tan delicioso que disfrutaba comiéndolo uno a uno mientras caminaba en El Camino. Traje este dulce al país donde estuve hasta el mes pasado para tí seriamente. Y, por favor, perdóname. Los precios en ese país eran muy altos, así que no podía comprar dulces. Después de estudiar, necesitaba algunos dulces, así que los comí todo. Perdóname, sobrino. Pero quiero decirte esto.El peregrino que me presentó este dulce es un joven de ojos brillantes, un corazón fuerte y muy amable , como nunca había conocido en Japón.
