やっぱりバスに乗って

この街では、地下鉄だけでなくバスにもよく乗っています。東京のように、おなじプリペイドカードで地下鉄にもバスにも乗ることができます。街のあらゆるところにバス停があります。路線が多く複雑なので、この国の皆さんがよく使っているアプリを使って路線とバス停を調べています。平日は満席になることもあるけれど、やっぱりギュウギュウにはなりません。降りたいバス停が近づくとピンポンを押すことができるので、とても安心です。でもやっぱり地下鉄とおなじく、わたしにとっての課題はどうやって降りる場所を知ることができるのか。アナウンスはありません。バス停に乗る人が手をあげていなければ、東京みたいにバス停の近くでもスピードを落としてくれません。とにかく自分のスマートフォンの地図でバス停を追っていくしかありません。先日はあっという間に３つのバス停を乗りすごしてしまいました。この街の皆さんは、あれだけ数のあるバス停をまちがわずにスマートに降りていく。わたしは今日もアタフタと手をあげて乗って降りました。

En esta ciudad, suelo viajar no solo en metro, sino también en autobús. Al igual que en Tokio, se puede viajar en metro y autobús con la misma tarjeta anticipada. Hay muchas paradas por toda la ciudad. Hay muchas rutas, y las rutas son complicadas, así que uso una aplicación que la gente de esta ciudad suele usar para buscar las rutas y las paradas. Entre lunes y viernes, los autobuses van a llenarse, pero no están abarrotados. Cuando te acercas a la parada donde quieres bajar, puedo tocar el timbre, lo cual es muy tranquilizador. Pero, al igual que en el metro, mi problema es saber dónde bajar. No hay anuncios. Si la persona que sube no levanta la mano, el autobús no reduce la velocidad aunque acerca de la parada, como en Tokio. Por eso, no me queda otra manera que seguir la parada en el mapa de mi móvil. El otro día, me pasé tres paradas,porque estuve distraído. En esta ciudad, la gente se baja en todas las paradas muy suave. Hoy volví a levantar la mano precipitadamente, subí y bajé en el autobús para ver el nuevo paisaje de esta ciudad.

Between Mondays and Fridays, the buses are going to be full, but they're not overcrowded. When I approach the stop where you want to get off, I can ring the bell, which is very peaceful for me. But, just like on the subway, my problem is knowing where to get off. There are no announcements. If the person getting on doesn't show their hand, the bus doesn't slow down even when it's approaching the stop, like in Tokyo. So, I have no choice but to follow the stop on my phone's map. The other day, I missed three stops because I was distracted. In this city, people get off at every stop very smoothly. Today I raised my hand hastily, got on and off the bus to see the new scene of this city.
